1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zukudu.com and our products, including Mopasan, Genema, and Zukudu AI (together, the “Services”), operated by Zukudu Pvt. Ltd. (“Zukudu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming that you have the authority to do so.

2. Using Our Services

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services, and you must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services — for example, by attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them beyond what the law allows, use them to build a competing product, or use them to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Zukudu a license to use it as needed to provide and improve the Services.

Zukudu and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services themselves, including our software, branding, and underlying AI systems.

5. AI-Generated Output

Our Services may generate output based on your input. Output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your purposes, and you are responsible for evaluating it before relying on it.

6. Fees and Payment

Some parts of the Services may require payment. Where applicable, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Services or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zukudu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
